Bungee
Workout™

This high intensity, low impact workout is for practically everyone. The resistance of the bungee provides an exciting experience of flying through the air while at the same time, toning muscles and providing a high cardio workout.

Intro To Bungee is a beginners class that will teach you all the basic bungee fundamentals. We suggest you take this class several times or until you are comfortable moving on into our intermediate bungee classes.
Intermediate Bungee Dance is for all those dance lovers out there. This class offers choreographed routines. Some interpretive dance style, as well as a variety of dance styles and music, all of which will keep you coming back for more
Intermediate Bungee Workout is for those who have mastered the basic bungee moves and are ready to take it to another level.
Bungee Intervals is a high-intensity low impact form of Circuit training. It is a timed interval method that alternates between 20-second intervals performed at maximum effort and 10-second stages of rest, repeated eight times for the ultimate exhaustive four-minute workout.
What to wear:
  • Attire long pants
  • The more padding the better

Kangoo
Power / Dance

Kangoo is the leader for safe, mobile rebound exercise. This is like aerobics, but with springs on your feet! This workout reduces impact on joints and muscles while burning twice the calories in half the time as compared to a traditional group aerobics.

Aerial Silks

This class is going to be offered to those students looking to defy gravity. This exercise is done by the student performing acrobats while hanging from fabric. Students use the fabric to climb, wrap, suspend, fall or spiral their bodies. It is a great routine for increasing strength and flexibility.

Aerial Fit

Everyone can benefit from the yoga trapeze. This class offers students the opportunity to perform traditional yoga moves while suspended and inverted on the trapeze. This allows for deeper backbends and spinal decompression while relieving pressure on the joints and building strength and flexibility.

Beginner Aerial Fitness is a low intensity class utilizing the aerial hammock aimed for individuals new to aerial classes. This class may also be appropriate for those recovering from an injury or living with certain chronic ailments. We focus on stretching, balance and strength training. This class is recommended before moving on to Aerial Fit, Aerial Yoga and Aerial Series.

Aerial Fit

This class combines strength training resistance from a TRX workout with stretching and balance exercises from a yoga class. It utilizes the aerial hammock to provide the opportunity to perform inversions, allowing for spinal decompression and deeper backbends. This class will relieve pressure on joints while building strength and flexibility. Beginner aerial fitness recommended.

Barre
Classes

Essentially, barre classes mix elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and functional training, and the moves are choreographed to motivating music. In each energizing and targeted workout, you’ll use the barre and exercise equipment such as mini-balls and small hand weights to sculpt, slim and stretch your entire body.

Our studio accepts members 12 years old and up

Restrictions for Bungee Workout include any kind of stomach surgery, C-section, tummy tuck, etc. You must wait six months post surgery before taking a bungee class.
