Aerial Fit

Everyone can benefit from the yoga trapeze. This class offers students the opportunity to perform traditional yoga moves while suspended and inverted on the trapeze. This allows for deeper backbends and spinal decompression while relieving pressure on the joints and building strength and flexibility.

This class may also be appropriate for those recovering from an injury or living with certain chronic ailments. We focus on stretching, balance and strength training. Aerial Yoga: Aerial Yoga integrates the aerial hammock with a traditional yoga flow class. The aerial hammock is used as a prop to support standing and balancing poses, develop core strength, and to relax into backbends with much more ease.

Aerial Series: This class teaches the student an aerial dance using the aerial sling. This is choreographed to music and taught over a 6-week series.
