Aerial Fit2Fly is a group fitness studio offering a large variety of classes. One of only a small handful of studios in Indiana offering Bungee workouts, we also offer several different types of aerial classes and floor classes. Aerial Fitness

(In the Floor Class category)
Everyone can benefit from the yoga hammock. In this class we focus on stretching, balance and strength training. This class combines a traditional TRX style workout with aerial yoga. It offers students the opportunity to perform yoga poses while suspended and inverted on the hammock. This allows for deeper backbends and spinal decompression while relieving pressure on the joints and building strength and flexibility.


This apparatus is very similar to split fabric aerial silks, but fabric is looped into a sling at the bottom.


This high intensity, low impact cardio workout is fun for all fitness lovers. The resistance of the bungee provides an exciting experience of flying through the air while at the same time, raising your heart rate, burning calories, and toning muscle.

Intro To Bungee must be completed before you may move on to any other Bungee class. This is our beginners class that will teach you all the basic bungee fundamentals along with getting you comfortable with the harness. We suggest you take this class several times or until you feel comfortable with the terminology, moves, footwork, and getting on and off the bungee, before moving on to the next levels.
Level 1: Here we move on past the basics, learning more advanced moves. There is still a lot of repetition as you get comfortable with new moves and footwork, while also starting to string moves together into a choreographed routine.
Bungee Intervals: This class is a high-intensity low impact form of Circuit training, incorporating hand weights and the bungee for a fun twist. It is a timed interval method that alternates between 20-second intervals performed at maximum effort and 10-second stages of rest, repeated eight times for the ultimate exhaustive four-minute workout.
Level 2: For those who have mastered the basic moves and are ready for more of a challenge. In these classes, you learn a more advanced routine choreographed to music for a fun high-cardio workout.

Cardio drumming combines creativity & fitness – using an exercise ball & drumsticks – to create one of the most fun workouts you’ll ever do. This full body workout combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training. Movements include drumming while alternating squatting and lunges to strengthen inner and outer thighs, buttocks, core muscles and back muscles. Rock out to upbeat tunes while increasing your heart rate & burning calories for an effective and exciting workout.


Lyra classes, also known as aerial hoop, is a class using a circular steel circus apparatus suspended from the ceiling. It is used to perform beautiful movements and shapes in the air and can be used static or spinning.

Power / Dance

Kangoo is the leader for safe, mobile rebound exercise. This is like aerobics, but with springs on your feet! This workout reduces impact on joints and muscles while burning twice the calories in half the time as compared to a traditional group aerobics.

Aerial Silks

This class is going to be offered to those students looking to defy gravity. This exercise is done by the student performing acrobats while hanging from fabric. Students use the fabric to climb, wrap, suspend, fall or spiral their bodies. It is a great routine for increasing strength and flexibility.


Essentially, barre classes mix elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and functional training, and the moves are choreographed to motivating music. In each energizing and targeted workout, you’ll use the barre and exercise equipment such as mini-balls and small hand weights to sculpt, slim and stretch your entire body.

Hip hop step aerobics

A revamp of traditional step aerobics. With routines set to old and new school hip-hop, it makes you want to get up and move while getting a great caloric burn!

Nonstop cardio featuring such movements as high kness, kicks, punches, burpees and much more!


This BodyPump inspired class uses light to moderate weights with lots of repetition. It is a full body workout that incorporates squats, presses, curls and more. Come get lean, build strength and tone muscle during this high intensity class set to upbeat music. This class is for all levels.


Improve flexibility, mobility and agility in this purposely designed class. Effective in reducing the risk of injury, improving posture and coordination.




Bungee Workout and Bounce Fit: 250lbs.


Our studio accepts members 14 years old and up
Specific youth classes are for ages 9-14.

Restrictions for Bungee Workout include any kind of stomach surgery, C-section, tummy tuck, etc. You must wait six months post surgery before taking a bungee class.

Book an Event

Are you looking to try one of our classes but you don’t wanna do it alone? That’s Ok because we offer party event classes for groups of 6 to 8!

These party events are for Bungee Workout, Silks, Bounce Fit, Pole Fitness, and Aerial Trapeze! Party packages include the studio for 2 hours of training, followed by complimentary wine or ?

All through the month of July, we are offering a special price of $200 per party! So whether you just want a girls’ night out, an opportunity to get some of your favorite couples together for a couples’ night out, have a bachelorette party, birthday party, family night, (12 and older,) or want a great team building activity for you and your coworkers, etc., this is your opportunity to try any of these classes with whomever you choose! Cancellation Prolicy

AerialFit2Fly will accept cancellations 24+hours before your scheduled session.

We have a limited amount of space and have waiting lists for our classes; therefore, cancellations made within 24 hours of your session will not be eligible for a refund nor rescheduling.
