This high intensity, low impact workout is for practically everyone. The resistance of the bungee provides an exciting experience of flying through the air while at the same time, toning muscles and providing a high cardio workout.

Kangoo is the leader for safe, mobile rebound exercise. This is like aerobics, but with springs on your feet! This workout reduces impact on joints and muscles while burning twice the calories in half the time as compared to a traditional group aerobics.

This class is going to be offered to those students looking to defy gravity. This exercise is done by the student performing acrobats while hanging from fabric. Students use the fabric to climb, wrap, suspend, fall or spiral their bodies. It is a great routine for increasing strength and flexibility.
Everyone can benefit from the yoga trapeze. This class offers students the opportunity to perform traditional yoga moves while suspended and inverted on the trapeze. This allows for deeper backbends and spinal decompression while relieving pressure on the joints and building strength and flexibility.
Essentially, barre classes mix elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and functional training, and the moves are choreographed to motivating music. In each energizing and targeted workout, you’ll use the barre and exercise equipment such as mini-balls and small hand weights to sculpt, slim and stretch your entire body.
Yog focuses on bringing harmony between mind and body. It is an art and science of healthy living. Stretch and strengthen your body while calming the soul and mind.
Hip hop step aerobics
A revamp of traditional step aerobics. With routines set to old and new school hip-hop, it makes you want to get up and move while getting a great caloric burn!
Nonstop cardio featuring such movements as high kness, kicks, punches, burpees and much more!
Works your invite Body, especially your core. It is much like silks, but the material is looped to make a swing like apparatus. It helps build flexibility, stamina, strength.
This BodyPump inspired class uses light to moderate weights with lots of repetition. It is a full body workout that incorporates squats, presses, curls and more. Come get lean, build strength and tone muscle during this high intensity class set to upbeat music. This class is for all levels.
TRX stands for total body resistance, this system also known as Total Resistance Exercise, this revolutionary workout method that uses your body weight and gravity as resistance to build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, core and joint stability.

Our studio accepts members 16 years old and up
Restrictions for Bungee Workout include any kind of stomach surgery, C-section, tummy tuck, etc. You must wait six months post surgery before taking a bungee class.
