Aerial Fit2Fly is a group fitness studio offering a large variety of classes. One of only a small handful of studios in Indiana offering Bungee workouts, we also offer several different types of aerial classes and floor classes. Popular classes include Kangoo, Barre, Barbell Pump, Cardio Drumming, Hip-Hop Step, Aerial Silks, Aerial Sling and Lyra. Please check out the class descriptions below for more information. Aerial Fitness
(In the Floor Class category)
Everyone can benefit from the yoga hammock. In this class we focus on stretching, balance and strength training. This class combines a traditional TRX style workout with aerial yoga. It offers students the opportunity to perform yoga poses while suspended and inverted on the hammock. This allows for deeper backbends and spinal decompression while relieving pressure on the joints and building strength and flexibility.

Sling
This apparatus is very similar to split fabric aerial silks, but fabric is looped into a sling at the bottom.
Bungee
Workout™
This high intensity, low impact cardio workout is fun for all fitness lovers. The resistance of the bungee provides an exciting experience of flying through the air while at the same time, raising your heart rate, burning calories, and toning muscle.

Cardio
Drumming
Cardio drumming combines creativity & fitness – using an exercise ball & drumsticks – to create one of the most fun workouts you’ll ever do. This full body workout combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training. Movements include drumming while alternating squatting and lunges to strengthen inner and outer thighs, buttocks, core muscles and back muscles. Rock out to upbeat tunes while increasing your heart rate & burning calories for an effective and exciting workout.
Lyra/Aerial
Hoop
Lyra classes, also known as aerial hoop, is a class using a circular steel circus apparatus suspended from the ceiling. It is used to perform beautiful movements and shapes in the air and can be used static or spinning.
Kangoo
Power / Dance
Kangoo is the leader for safe, mobile rebound exercise. This is like aerobics, but with springs on your feet! This workout reduces impact on joints and muscles while burning twice the calories in half the time as compared to a traditional group aerobics.

Aerial Silks
This class is going to be offered to those students looking to defy gravity. This exercise is done by the student performing acrobats while hanging from fabric. Students use the fabric to climb, wrap, suspend, fall or spiral their bodies. It is a great routine for increasing strength and flexibility.
Barre
Classes
Essentially, barre classes mix elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and functional training, and the moves are choreographed to motivating music. In each energizing and targeted workout, you’ll use the barre and exercise equipment such as mini-balls and small hand weights to sculpt, slim and stretch your entire body.
Hip hop step aerobics
A revamp of traditional step aerobics. With routines set to old and new school hip-hop, it makes you want to get up and move while getting a great caloric burn!
Nonstop cardio featuring such movements as high kness, kicks, punches, burpees and much more!
Barbell
Pump
This BodyPump inspired class uses light to moderate weights with lots of repetition. It is a full body workout that incorporates squats, presses, curls and more. Come get lean, build strength and tone muscle during this high intensity class set to upbeat music. This class is for all levels.

Our studio accepts members 14 years old and up
Specific youth classes are for ages 9-14.
Restrictions for Bungee Workout include any kind of stomach surgery, C-section, tummy tuck, etc. You must wait six months post surgery before taking a bungee class.
